Terms and conditions:

Cooking classes can be redeemed up to 12 months from the purchase date.
We reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services, and will give notice through multiple online platforms where possible.
Our recipes and cooking episodes have been passed down from generations, and might contain changes or errors
All recipes are owned by Gia's Italian Kitchen LLC
In all episodes and posts, unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. are forbidden.
I do not have a culinary degree, rather bring you cooking experiences that I have learned first hand from my Italian family.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules may change, especially for our popular cooking classes and Italian food experiences, and we want to be as flexible as possible. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible so the date can be made available to others.

Our cancellation policy states that cancellations made greater than 30 days from the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund, provided no additional planning services have been performed.

Cancellations made greater than 14 days from the scheduled event will be eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations made between 7-14 days from the scheduled event will be eligible for a 50% refund. This cancellation policy may be updated periodically.

Weather & Travel Safety Policy

At Gia’s Italian Kitchen, your experience matters — and so does everyone’s safety. Because many of my services involve travel and on-site setup, I may adjust or decline travel outside my home area if weather or road conditions are unsafe. This includes snow, ice, severe storms, high winds, flooding, or anything that could compromise safe travel or a smooth event.

If the weather makes travel unsafe, we’ll simply reschedule at no cost, in line with our cancellation policy, or I’ll credit any prepaid amount toward a future date. I’ll always communicate updates as early as possible, and I welcome clients to reach out if conditions look uncertain on their end.

My goal is to ensure every event, including our cooking classes and Italian food experiences, is enjoyable, safe, and stress-free — no matter what the weather brings.
